Observation

2)a) There were some art materials accessible to the toddlers today that posed a choking hazard, including small pompoms and other small items. 2)d) There were crayons stored in a plastic ziploc bag that was accessible to children. The bag was not removed from use after this was discussed and the loose plastic bag was out on the table as the child was playing with the crayons. There was also a loose plastic bag sticking out of the trash in the bathroom. 3)e) There are large holes around the yard in the outdoor play area that pose a tripping hazard. 4)c)iii) There is a standing lamp in the playroom that is not anchored to the wall to prevent tipping.
